Horrible Place to work
Director (Former Employee) –  Coral Gables, FLDecember 27, 2016
Drama left, right and center. Executive leadership is rarely around, mostly because they are working remote or running around and promoting their own books for money.

This place is a disaster, anyone that is very good at their jobs ends up leaving. Colleagues constantly go to HR to complain about anything that they feel offended by, and this includes making up lies to get the other people fired.

The culture there is a complete joke and so is the pay. If you were desperate to need to find work is the only way that i would work at this company.
Pros
create own working schedule
Cons
everything else.
