Its really dependent on which part of the University you work for, but from my experience, everyone trying their best to employ the best practices and technology to solve solutions. There are some offices that like to lean to heavily on "how things have always have been done," but our new president supports change and data driven decision making. From a culture perspective, the University has tons of work life balance events, promotes teleworking if you job permits, and seems laid back from that sense.
