I wouldn't recommend this place for employment, the whole billing department is dysfunctional. Employee's giving there notice daily, & than you have to assume the slack until the next newbie comes in, shortly after they leave too.
Do not say anthing that you do not want repeated to the entire office.
To make sure you ask what the position really is that they are hiring for! Don't let them tell you one thing then find out when you get hired that the say, oh this job is really going to be 2 positions & then they expect you to be able to do two jobs at once when that can't be done, so that they set you up for failure & then try to blame it on you like they do in Prescott, Arizona all the time.
