Pay was great, hours were great, coworkers were great, management was the WORST EVER. They have their favorites and if you’re not one of them, you can tell. They don’t even try to hide. No diversity in the office. I worked in a part of the city that was primarily Hispanic and African American. But out of about 50 employees based out of this location 1 Hispanic, 2 African Americans.
Worst management. Deceptive. Lie to get you to do your job, at a high quality level but pay you like your low quality. Reviews are "calibrated" by HR. As if they know the jobs people do. They use any excuse to skew your "bonus" to a lower level and raise too. All this and you are still expected to do your utmost for them. No work life balance. All work, no life. Upper management does not care for anyone below their level and rule by force and fear. Enter at your own risk.
I just had never worked in such a passive aggressive environment
