Pay was great, hours were great, coworkers were great, management was the WORST EVER. They have their favorites and if you’re not one of them, you can tell. They don’t even try to hide. No diversity in the office. I worked in a part of the city that was primarily Hispanic and African American. But out of about 50 employees based out of this location 1 Hispanic, 2 African Americans.


The most stressful part about working at American is spending my own money to make them money and not getting my weekly pay plus my commission I was told I would get.


Their focus is on getting calls in and out quickly whether an issue was resolved or not. Management reminds you constantly that you are expendable and does little to nothing to improvement the environment.
