I didn't feel as though I had proper training, or that I had spent enough time in the training process to get fully comfortable with my duties; so I'd say the most stressful position was when I had "completed my training", I was given an entire floor to clean before end of shift, and I just felt as though there was a lot to complete for a new person to do alone.
