Decent pay for a young worker. But could be a litte better. Plenty of overtime opportunities.
I enjoyed the work atmosphere. The pay was decent for a young entry level warehouse worker. The overtime compensated for the lower hourly rate. The hours of operation were pretty decent being first shift.

Good pay but terrible management/leaders
Until they lost big clients due to bad management, a typical week was 60 plus hours. Lots of mandatory and voluntary overtime. Time and a half after 40 and double time after 60 hrs. 60K a year came pretty easy with all the hours. No sympathy for being in a 20 below freezer from supervisors.
If it weren't for the union benefits i'd say run away and fast. The only thing that kept people there was the money and pension. Typical warehouse culture of every man for himself. Don't think there was anything enjoyable. - less
