Good pay but terrible management/leaders
Until they lost big clients due to bad management, a typical week was 60 plus hours. Lots of mandatory and voluntary overtime. Time and a half after 40 and double time after 60 hrs. 60K a year came pretty easy with all the hours. No sympathy for being in a 20 below freezer from supervisors.
If it weren't for the union benefits i'd say run away and - more ... fast. The only thing that kept people there was the money and pension. Typical warehouse culture of every man for himself. Don't think there was anything enjoyable. - less
