The interview process at Americor starts with a phone screen by a Recruiter. They will ask basic questions about your experience and what you are looking for and give you a brief overview of the company and the position. Should you be a match for what we are looking for and vice versa, you will be invited to come into the office for a face to face interview. You will meet with a Recruiter for an interview consisting of behaviorally based, skills based and/or situational questions. Depending on the position, you will be asked to take an online test that will assess your basic computer, Word, Excel and typing skills. This test could last 30-60 minutes depending on how long it takes you to answer the questions. We do suggest that you prepare to be in our office for at least an hour and a half.

The future of Americor is extremely bright! We have been breaking records for sales and operations consistently over the past few months!
We are growing very quickly and have updated our technology in multiple areas over the last 6 months, so there were some growing pains that we had to work through. We implemented a state-of-the-art CRM, updated our telephony system and launched a new client portal all within the last 6 months, so of course there are going to be bugs to work out. Now that we have smoothed out the kinks, we have broken daily and monthly sales records and have seen a huge increase in production on our operations side. The line of credit comes into play 15 months into the plan for our clients. Since we have only been selling this product for 15 months, we have just given out the line of credit to those people that qualify and are seeing great results. We have a product that no one else in this space offers and as the company grows and matures we will become the game-changing leader in this industry.

I made sure that my staff got their raises. Myself on the other had was never paid what I was supposed to get paid.

The work schedule depends on the department in which you are working. We have positions that start as early as 6:00am (6:00am-3:00pm) or as late as 11:00am (11:00am-8:00pm). Some positions work Saturdays and Sundays as well.

Current CEO is known for creating start ups and selling them. Currently this company is hiring hundreds of employees while business is at an all time low. Focus on what you have or you will be severally understaffed.
