Be fair with every employee, open minded, respect, stop overloading one person. Stop thinking about yourself and think of the one's who actually are in the field, in rain, cold,heat, and in stressed environment. Share the wealth.

By listening and respecting their drivers. I worked The entire winter by myself delivering cylinders. Which is unsafe, and killing the drivers body. But it’s OK for them. But then once the drivers drive- cam goes off all the hard work is Erased, now your job is on the line. It’s a no-win situation.

AmeriGas should take in consideration The years and Hardwork the employee put in for them. And not give up on somebody just because your drive- cam Went off three times in one year. And not even have an accident.

Get rid of the lazy driver that blame ever think on other drivers that goes wrong with their bobtail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially in Wooster and Grafton!!!!

Look at employees they got fired for no reason and give them their job's back! Like service man in Grafton this man got let go for no reason! Work his butt off for this company this is coming from many customers!!!

Get rid of Drive Cams and stop making stupid restrictions on the drivers.
Everyone knows if you keep beating a dog it WILL turn and bite you!

Drivers make this company its money. Without them, no one gets paid. treat the drivers accordingly and the rest will fall into place. Non CDL drivers cannot judge CDL drivers. kangaroo courts only serve to deliver hostility toward the company. Talk with your people, or not. Eventually there will be no one left to deliver this companies product.

This is a loaded question. People leave because they feel unappreciated, overwhelmed, threatened.
AmeriGas needs to completely review and maybe interview long term employees and ask the right questions. Not just questions they want to hear answers to, but real answers from real employees.
