I brought on 28 new carriers in 8 months then was let go because I made too much money compared to the other managers. I setup the processes for each carrier then implemented and shared these with the executive team.
The executives were sometimes useful and sometime a problem making certain processes harder than should have been.
The workplace - more... culture was very stressful and unhappy. The turnover rate was ridiculous in other departments.
I enjoyed the challenge of bringing on the amount of carriers in a short amount of time and seeing the projects succeed. - less
