Horrible they told you at the time of hire that if you need any time off to let your Manager know at least 24 hours ahead of time. We were not given ANY vacation or sick days. Then later on in the year when the company changed the process for time off, the company decided to go back retro active and took EVERY day that you requested off and take the money out of your futrue pay check. One payday there were Processors who only made $100. because the money was recouped through payroll.
