It's a decent company with an inconsistent workload and little actual advancement apart from cross-training.
Depending on where you are put, you will either work a comfortable 8-10 hours or consistently up to 16 hours.
Benefits are decent and unlike most companies now, you get a certain amount of freedom.
If you need to take care of an errand, - more ... they are generally understanding enough to let you leave for a while then return to finish up your current job.
It is not a bad place to work as long as you do your job right and keep out of trouble. - less
