Standard sick leave is treated the same as any other paid time off (PTO), including vacation or personal time. Eligible employees accrue PTO on a monthly basis when they first begin work and may use their PTO at any time after the first 90 days of employment. Accrual rates vary by role, years of service, etc.

In the field we are responsible for doing estimates and getting the work done on houses. It is a very good work environment. There is alot of driving in my area but the company give us a vehicle allowance every month to cover gas and maintenance.
