As of May 2018, the company has moved into a brand new headquarters in the central Buckhead district of Atlanta, with incredible views, a ping-pong table, free fruit and snacks, and more. Standard sick leave is treated the same as any other paid time off (PTO), including vacation or personal time. Eligible employees accrue PTO on a monthly basis when they first begin work and may use their PTO at any time after the first 90 days of employment. Accrual rates vary by role, years of service, etc.

Totally mislead. terrible training and no upper level manager will accept responsibility for their wrong doing...they pass the buck
