There is a good work/balance, the compensation/benefit is great, my Quality Assurance Software Testing manager is awesome, but there are limited advancement opportunities.

Great place to work. Getting bigger, more big Pharma but overall has great benefits, time off, 401k. Work life balance is good as long as you have a good manager.

In general, the work culture was good as well as the benefits, however, you get pegged pretty quickly in your role on the team and with the company. Virtually all the Directors and above are interviewing for their next job with a better sounding title. If you like to play that game, this is the place for you.

Amgen is a great company to work for. Nevertheless, depending on the building you are assigned to, it can be really frustrating if not impossible to grow professionally.

Good money compensation but Poor Manager Support to Succeed. At some point feels stuck for 10 or more years in same position. Good safety program. Good overall working environment with coworkers. It doesn't work for people who want to succeed.
