Better opportunity for career growth, higher pay, stock options
Because I would like something where I have more opportunity for professional growth, more challenging or perhaps related to my career. In addition I would like to move to the US to have more employment opportunity because the situation in Puerto Rico is difficult at this time. I move in search of opportunities.

Retired after 17 years at Amgen from being a full time employee and contracting after.
