The company has grown rapidly and seems focused on continued growth. However, they appear too eager to accept contracts without fully negotiating important details. Thus, analysts are tasked with meeting production quotas regardless of circumstances. Management has unreasonable deference to client demands/expectations and appears to fear even the slightest degree of push back when, for instance, client technology issues cause downtime. Perhaps this is a function of the efforts to grow the business at such a rapid pace. I suspect the company will survive, but if not, these issues may contribute to its downfall.
The company is growing and is a great place to start in the industry. It is definitley not a forever home for most people.
