While we are part of a larger organization, PCD is small, decentralized and a bit informal.
There is a good amount of autonomy which really allows the employee to define their best strategy to get things done! Support and resources are always available. We are a great blend of people who bring different philosophies, approaches and experiences to their job - this can provide a wonderful learning opportunity for others.
We have a few positions that are to replace those who have left or have been promoted; however, a majority of the positions are newly created as we are going through some tremendous growth.
