Challenging and exciting work environment, great place to learn and grow
Good company to be with. Working at AMRO can be very rewarding to anyone willing to do the work and speak up. Your voice must be strong in order to be heard but there are so many career paths once you get your foot in the door. The industry is growing FAST and AMRO has been a great place to grow with. The current team along with new management, new employees and a new vision has opened the door for a exciting future. Office and shop floor are of course very different, being involved with both, more on the shop floor, I can say that there could be better management on the shop floor.

Employees wear several hats that prevents them to fulfill their tasks completely in a day.Some employees have no work ethics and integrity in doing their jobs just to show to the management that they’ve completed their tasks. Thankful for less supervision at work.

A Serious work culture, can be fun. Good with time flexibility.
Nice people and good company to work with. Cool industry to work in, very interesting hand in projects that make big impacts in the world. I gave it a 4 because my supervisor is really easy to communicate with and very understanding. Not much socializing goes on between the offices as there are a couple buildings and the staff events span months between each other.

Great place to work! Expand your skills
If you want to grow your career, this is definitely a place where you have plenty of opportunities to gain new skills. Lots of long-term employees and very welcoming. Upper management is very humble and they treat everyone with respect. You will wear many hats and it is fast-paced environment. AMRO makes parts for missiles and rockets... pretty cool, they work with big companies including: NASA, Lockheed Martin, Northrop, Boeing and many more.

Bright Future with opportunity to learn and grow and a Company that is Growing.
Working at AMRO has been rewarding for me and definitely a place to grow more in an industry that is already growing so much. The team here does their best to give you constructive feedback that allows you to grow in your position. No place is perfect and there is a new culture that is developing which comes with growing pains. But everyone seems to want to learn and grow together to make the environment better for all employees. New management and new Platform makes this place ripe for a bright future. Benefits are also improving from when i first started which is great.
