I really enjoyed working here. Very down to earth people. The pay isn't great but that's what you get in a small town. The plant manager is awesome and always looking to help.

Great place to work!

I have been working for the company since March of this year and I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. The management team is very supportive and i find they easy to approach and also receptive to feedback. Chaos!!!

very old school - wanted to do everything hand written instead of relying on computer system. A lot of back-stabbing. If you work, they'll keep adding stuff on to you to do without increasing your pay. Smoking allowed in the shop which I felt was a safety hazard and very unhealthy. Good for learning to weld aluminum by trial and error. Most people won't train you

Management is a joke. All the supervisors have rivalries with each other and spread rumors about each other. Supervisors also talk poorly about their employees to the other team members behind their back. Osha does not exist in this company. Pay is too low for the work demand. You can meet all of the work expectations and get no appreciation from Management, rather get told okay now do even more.

They claim to be family oriented, but could care less about their employees. The only quality thay seem to encourage or foster there is backstabbing.

If you like politics and backstabbing a great place to work. Management will lie to you on a regular basis. Not sure how the stay in business, most of the workforce are drunks, drug addicts, and ex cons.
