If they liked you they promoted you
They say we promote from within but in reality they hire everyone else from outside the company
You dress up and hit make a great interview. THEY CHOOSE WHATS POPULAR NOT QUALIFIED!
You don't get one unless your in management and you have friends and family here.
You have to be in the "in" crowd
