Mine was ridiculous. Engineers would come down and everyone of them needed their project done first and by a certain date. It was only myself and one other guy to complete work orders, and no one to make a priority list. Very unprofessional.

The culture is very diverse
As far as the environment goes if you express the desire to learn as much as you can and help out with other tasks you will fit in. The people do get stressed about high turn over rates and its frustrating because people give up after one bad day and quit or make excuses to not try. So if you are a go getter and really want to learn you'll be a great addition

I would find a way to retain the current work force and people would stay
There's not much incentive to retain regular full-time they are so worried about bringing in 100s of temps and expect us to train and retrain
Reward the hard working employees and provide more strict retaliation of people just milking the clock sitting in the bathroom 20x a day
Promote hard working employees not lazy ones
