I would find a way to retain the current work force and people would stay
There's not much incentive to retain regular full-time they are so worried about bringing in 100s of temps and expect us to train and retrain
Reward the hard working employees and provide more strict retaliation of people just milking the clock sitting in the bathroom 20x a day
Promote hard working employees not lazy ones

More training time for new employees.
Address the employees that are so rude and disrespectful to new hires.
Not having so many temps and offer more full time position. Be honest when hiring on how the company really operates. Had 70 temps workinf there when i was there.
