The culture is very diverse
As far as the environment goes if you express the desire to learn as much as you can and help out with other tasks you will fit in. The people do get stressed about high turn over rates and its frustrating because people give up after one bad day and quit or make excuses to not try. So if you are a go getter and really want to learn you'll be a great addition

Very close knit and guarded. If you don't know people there before hand you're probably not going to fit in. It made my job pretty miserable.

The people are rude and treat you like your not wanted there, I think the turnover is so high they get sick of dealing with the constant flow of new faces.
