Solid company with good employee values
Good company with great employee values. Some positions are more stagnated then others in terms of advancement and moving up the totem pole.

You have collectors that you deal with every week that can be dangerous. The company can not balance hours one month as a ft person you can work manditory 50 hr weeks then 3 months can will work 26 hrs a week. Ins is very high deductibles , high premiums .

You work in a Walmart with Walmart employees depressed & are less than helpful. Walmart Management treats you like scum (which was not nice to deal with every day) Anderson tells you, "you will be working from 7 AM until the job is done". TRUE BUT, that might be a 2-hour workday or an 11-hour workday you never know until 5 AM when they send it to you on that day, NO WAY to plan anything for your home life. They tell you to take a break or lunch hour but then text you when they see nothing is getting done on those 15 minutes of a break. I started never using them because it wasn't worth the hassle to tell them you had not sat down once in 7 hours. Every day I walked a total of 5 miles EVERY day walking around doing my job in Walmart. The ONLY good thing was I lost some weight from all the walking, bending up and down with boxes.

Began working here this year and I love it. Very flexible and great management. The only thing I dislike about this job is stocking the trading cards. You will have be able to put up with bribery and threats from trading card resellers, possibly even violence from their end. Other than that, great company.

I enjoyed working for this company, and I believe they are amazing to work for. I only have two concerns which would be who is hired on the team. My advice, do not become close to anybody (as in coworkers). You have a better chance sticking with the job, and have less to deal with. Overall it is a great place to work for, but avoid making "friends".
