Overlooked. Especially if you are a woman who wants to move up from a Tsl. Lots of favoritism in this company. It used to take years to get a raise. Now you at least get a few cents added each year.

You are expected to work Monday day, then come back in at midnight to set up new releases for Tuesday. Then you may possibly do the same Thursday day, then come in a t midnight for a Friday release that no customer is even waiting on at 12:01am anymore. So you have to decide when and if you will even sleep. Forget about having quality time with your kids, you are too tired and short tempered from lack of sleep. But at least you get told thanks for your hard work in a message. Whoopty-do! There is no work/home life balance. The last minute REQUIRED work schedule changes are frequent and cause havoc trying to work out dealing with your childcare. Definitely hurts single mothers. Definitely benefits men who have no worries about that exact thing!

I got the job wayyyy back in the day off Monster.com. From what I understand now, You do a video interview with the company recruiter. No matter what they say, you need to understand that you are there to work and not play. You need to have urgency to get things done. You will work hard and have a lot expected of you. This is a fast-paced, very stressful job. You will always have lots to do and not enough allotted time to get it done. Your hours will be fluctuating possibly every week so be prepared. That’s with the recruiter SHOULD say!!

Start time usually is 8 am but sometimes there are special events where you might begin a shift at midnight or 6 am because a client wants product out by a certain time on that day. Ending time will vary. The way the schedule is done makes it difficult to make any plans or appointments in personal life since it gets changed often.
