Service Advisor (Former Employee) – Plainfield, IN – June 21, 2016
I worked for Andy Mohr Ford for many years. It was a miserable experience that only ever got worse. The management used outdated techniques for attempting to get work completed. There is no synergy between departments and no one is held accountable for anything. You can get away with anything because no one cares, and it translates into a poor experience for the customer. It was not typical for me to have one customer with a fantastic experience each day.
That being said, there are quite a few good people working there. The best part of the job is the few minutes a day when everything goes right. The worst part of the day is everything else.
