Great

GREAT PAY, MANAGEMENT IS GOOD. I worked a great live in case for abut 2 years. Paid EXCELLENT. If they would take me back as a caregiver, i would go back in a hesrtbeat.

Lies

They will tell you what they think you want to hear just to keep you hooked. You are nothing but a body to put in the shifts that are open. This company used to have empathy and care for their clients and employees alike. Now? It’s all about making more money. It really is a shame. I wasted over 5 years and got absolutely nowhere.

Great company to work for!

Everyone is so kind and friendly.Easy to get along with.Schedule , clock in and out are easy.Gas allowance.Always get paid on time.Easy to get in contact with if you have a question.

Not my favorite place

I won’t go back. I had bee there for six months and did more than the person before me had done in years. There was no appreciation, training was brief and rushed. I did what I could with the knowledge I had.

The people in the office is very polite and good with answer your questions and the co workers are always willing to help you out when needed. I would recommend someone to work for this company.

Decent place to work while getting to advance in knowledge

Decent place to work. Mostly respectful of time of and family life. Long nights and sometimes felt like they didn't back you up when residents refused treatment

i learned alot with angels on call ,my experience in angels on call was nice because the hours was flexible sometimes i work more than 40 hours .they paid me overtime .i hope find a new job in this area thank you

Fast paced, stressful but the co workers were great.

This was a very fast paced atmosphere. It was a place where a lot of thought had to be given to potential care givers. I certainly enjoyed my coworkers and for the most part the job itself.

Caregiver

Cooking cleaning and not enough hours and they on 2 visits a person they split people this job is wack I wouldn't recommend it to anyone they make you work and no other and no help from management with issue

Rewarding job!

Who doesn't love to get paid to take care of babies! Make your own schedule and excellent pay. The owner is easy to work for, loves the company she started and the staff she employs.

assisting disable individuals

assist with hygiene, bathing light housekeeping prepare meals one on one escort I learned to be grateful, that I am able to help myself without needing assistance. The most enjoyable part was feeling needed, helpful. The hardest part was the commute, I did not have a car at the time.

The best Place I've ever worked

This Job was the dream job. I mean I was very comfortable and understood. My boss was understanding and flexible as I was. Typical day was going to my clients home, where I would clean, cook meals, wash my client, do her hair, and bring her into the living room to watch her television shows. Give her whatever they requested. On certain days I would prepare client for dialysis, give clients meds. I had a huge responsibility and I handled it well. I loved working with my clients, each and every one of them moved into my heart and it was hard for me to leave. I had a co-worker that was just the most helpful ever and I miss that. We both helped each other as much as possible and the outcome was remarkable. The hardest part of the Job was losing patients due to their illnesses, and dx's.

i love caring for people and job is awesome but when people start passing away its to hard on me so i had to change careers. not good at handling people passing away once i get close to them ecspecially

Nice patients

Only they are have nice patients. No benefits,no bonus, no pay gas ... The only good was the patients. Very nice management , nothing else.

Flexible hours and willing to work around your schedule

I loved working for AOC. When I was in college they worked around my schedule and understood when I was not able to work. Every one was so nice and understanding and the pay was excellent.
