Thing I dont like most is you have a hard time getting someone on the phone when you have a problem that needs to be handled, it may be days before you get a respond and then you may or may not get paid all because you couldn't get anyone on the phone to handle a situation with your tablet. Nursing management has a lot of turnover. They hire a lot of new nurses and provide plenty of training. The pay is comparable. The patient's are a joy to work with but the parents are sometimes very difficult. When there is a problem it is always with the parents.
