Is a good company to work for if you like fair pay, flexibility to schedule shifts. No pressure to accept any new assignment. For full time employees there are benefits available.

Registered Nurse in Sherman, TX

I really enjoy working for this company. The office staff is very accommodating and willing to help. I truly enjoy being able to work one on one with the same patient and their family.

Registered Nurse (RN) in Temple, TX
on November 13, 2022

Great at finding cases for me and my skill level. Benefits were lacking and expensive. Pay per hr was good compared to other companies in the area. Staff at the office went above the call of duty to help u while in the field taking care of the kids.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Bullhead City, AZ
on November 11, 2022

There is no work life balance, when I applied, I was told we got PTO and then was told field employees do not get it at all. are we not entitled to have a vacation? Work is stressful on most days.

Clinical Case Manager in Pennsylvania
on November 2, 2022

Working as a case manager has been such a journey. I have learned so much these past few months, and I really enjoy what I do. I feel like I am helping families in another way of nursing that I never experienced before. The cherry on top of this job, is the amazing team I work with. I have coworkers that are ready to help me where it is needed (even though they are far away). They always make time for my questions and provide me with guidance. I have amazing managers and leaders who listen to what I say and work with my requests and really consider all that I recommend and offer. Home care, in general, is new for me and although there isn't a strict 6 month training program outlined, if you ask questions and seek guidance, everyone is willing to help everyone! There is a lot you learn on the job, but that's what makes everyday a new learning experience. The benefits can be better.. PTO is on the lower side comparing it to other companies I've worked for, however the great team and coworkers make up for it!
