Fast growth, lots of opportunities. Extremely challenging and wish they would not save that much in basic maintenance of the equipment. Overall, great company to work for, not for everyone.

The managers are a bunch of kids most never had a job before here. The work is ok. Very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Everything is about production. Most of the machines are obsolete.

The people are great and willing to help. Team environment is big, change is constant. Pay is average to low, no pay increases unless you move to new positions. Bonus is nice if you get it.
