The skill of all staff members constantly amazes me and the support for each other and deep care for the animals and their humans is incredible, considering how stressful it is working in an ER setting. No support
Push employees to the brink. Not a ton of managerial support. Tier structure, so figure it out yourself. Triage and treatment staff is nice. Heard good things, and was unfortunately disappointed.

Great Management
Great work place. Period. I really couldn’t think of anything negative that comes with working at this company. Everyone’s respectful, polite and does their job efficiently. They even give surprise bonuses (if your working hard) and gifts on the holidays.

Challenging and Fullfilling
Great place to work to be challenged and utilize your skills to think fast and react quickly! You never know what is going to happen making it always exciting! This place isn't for everyone; you really have to love what you do! You have to be strong and your love for animals has to be undeniable. Very satisfying job to have if you need a challenge and have the skillset!
