They tried to keep workers at 40hours per week. The work could be stressful, but is not super difficult. The management is decent. It is better than a lot of places I've seen. The workers are friendly, they care about the work that they do. There is a great deal of emotional damaging aspects of the job because of the nature of the work. Consslow advancement, good wage so young couples but not family style wages unless you advance
