Sick days are covered by that workers own vacation time, not by a given number of sick days. They let the workers call in sick pretty regularly without many repercussions for those that call in more than others.

It really depends on your role. Transport is a very demanding role.

Advancement is more based on seniority. Calling in sick is not very well regulated. Large turnover rate with jobs being removed and new jobs being created that are not kept.
