I worked on, and off with Anistar Technology. They found me good jobs, and paid decently for my experience. I felt valued by them and respected. Definitely would do it again if I had to.

Low Voltage Technician in Richmond, VA

I've been working for this company for 7 months. You would think that within that time you would be able to switch to full-time employment. No that is not the case you are a temp for as long as they want you to be a temp it could be a year or two years just know that when you're a temp they can get rid of you for any reason. Never take a job that offers you temp work and never hires you on full-time after you've worked for them well over 400 hours. And you're still a temp it's time to start looking for a much more stable job.
Technical Recruiter in Charlotte, NC

Anistar is a good place to get a start in recruiting, specifically in the low voltage field. The base salary and commission makes it a good place to grab experience. But once you grab that experience, I recommend heading on out. There is a lot of favoritism, lack of management, and lack of feedback. The micro-management is unbearable and ends with you submitting people who might not be a good fit, but at least you're getting a sub. The focus on subs and the shame if you don't hit your goal, or arent where they want you to be is frustrating. They want you to put in 50+ hours a week with no overtime pay. The coworkers are amazing and sometimes you get to talk to really interesting people.

This is a horrible staffing agency for low voltage , their people sit behind a desk and call random people as well as unsolicited emails from them saying they have work. The pay is horrible, work life balance is a joke and they still low ball you. Save yourself time and don't bother applying to this Low voltage staffing company at best
