I was a temporary worker for a week, they welcomed me in and helped me get my job done. Since I was only there for a short time I can't speak to the office very accurately, but I was invited to a quick party they had for somebody and it wasn't a stressful place to be working.

The company culture and co-worker attitude help relieve some of the massive stress put upon the support and operations divisions. The company was undergoing a massive growth spurt during my time of employment and the growth of the sales force greatly outpaced the growth of the other divisions. This led to extreme workloads being placed on an already at-capacity support staff.
As long as the company maintains its core values and grows its operational departments in proportion to its sales it is destined for great things.

Branch Manager (Former Employee) – United States – February 20, 2018
For branch managers beware: The leadership will try to build their own relationships with your staff and if you ever decide to go to a different company , they will do whatever it takes to keep certain people. They will make up lies to attempt to create doubt with everyone on your staff so they stay with the company and not your team. They want to break up your team. You also have no one there assisting your branch which is why they lose branches all the time. If you are a team looking to partner with a lender I would run far from this company if you wish to keep your team intact in the future. You may arrive as one team but you will never leave the way you came. There are plenty of better entrepreneurial options out there so take my advice and keep looking.
Company usually lays people off in November when things slow down which is why I rated the job security so low. As a processor I also felt like I couldn't take time off but this may have been specific to me. Other than that it was a fine place to work. Management is nice, but the company is still experiencing growing pains. Overall though I would gladly work there again.

Management is always in meetings and no changes ever happen, processing is poor. large percentage of loans are withdrawn or declined. Even with high volume staff is laid off putting strain on remaining staff - apparently financial instability in the company. 10 years ago company stated looking into 401K match and current new hires are told the same thing but it never happens.

If you are a self starter and motivated to get the job done, don't think about applying here unless you thrive while working under someones thumb. Never have I been made to feel inadequate in the work environment. The overall company has a great vibe and lovely management but beware of the local branches that do what they want to do, including encouraging fraudulent activity.

Poor leadership. Poor systems. They hire on projected volume that never makes it thru n them come the layoffs. As quick as they hire That's as quick as you are let go due to poor planning. Too top heavy n you have no idea who you are reporting to from one day to the next. If you are looking for any type of stability this is not the company for you.
Poor leadership, no raises, no 401k match, only 5-6 pd holidays and only 1 floater
