I think it depends on the particular position and the needs of the department. My process was fairly quick. I applied online and received an email for a face to face interview about a week later. I interviewed on site and received the email to complete the WOTC form a week after that. The next day I received an email from the background check company to complete their app to get that process started. The next day I received the call from Anthem for an offer. In total took me about 3 weeks to a month from start to finish.
