Management under Directors is poor. They boast about promotion from within, but there are few opportunities for advancement. High turnover, though some have been there for years. Orientation was good, but post-orientation help is virtually non-existent. Poor communication. One team lead will tell you to do a task one way, then another will tell you differently. Though they encourage employees to share ideas, management blows off ideas for solving problems and treats the employee as if they are the one with the issue, not the system. Software glitches occur nearly daily, because corporate did not renew the IT contract & hired out of the country, I assume because the cost was lower, then employees are blamed for higher lag times. Way too many policies that are difficult to locate. If a manager likes your team lead & your team lead doesn't like you, the manager will side with the team lead every time, without even listening to your side of the story. I am not a CSR--I did not want to post my title.
Management poor, communication poor, employees not respected, poor software & IT, cliquey culture
