Premier Pawn is a very interesting job. Every day is filled with new and interesting challenges. There are so many opportunities to learn new things and apply yourself in different ways. Sometimes you deal with lawn mowers other days you see $20,000 luxury Rolexes. I have never worked in a job that had such a variation in encounters . It is a growing business and as an employee, you are part of the decision making process. You really feel like your voice is heard and you have the power to improve operations in the store. It is a unique and interesting job, there is a lot to learn but it is very rewarding.
Rewarding. Room for growth. Discounts on merch.
No health benefits. No Paid Vacations.
This is great place to work if you are looking to grow and learn new skills,it does get pretty busy so its a fast paced environment. Great Management, everyone is very helpful if you have a problem or question. If management or owner finds you valuable to the company or is seeing growth in your work you will have lots of opportunities to grow in the company and with that comes a pay raise. you will always be recognized for a job well done, but if you are lacking in areas and aren't being productive or efficient Management will also let you know so its up to you to improve . Overall this is great place to work if you are looking to grow into the company and learn a lot of new skills or improve on the skills you already have and you get to meet some pretty great people.
dsicount, health, dental, and vision benefits, Management
no paid time off, busy
Working at Premier Pawn can be challenging as there are a lot of things to learn and often a lot going on as it is a small store, but when you do good you'll be recognized for it and have more oppportunies. There's always more to learn and areas to improve. There isn't vacation but you can request days off if needed.
Growth opportunities, fun, learning
Gets busy, no PTO
