Hours are less than I've worked at past employers and vary, depending on department. If there is an urgent project to complete, working longer hours may be required. Depends on tenure and position . Field Services can earn additional time off. I'm exempt and started with 10 days which is comparable to what others offer.

I received a call within 3 days of applying then completed a phone interview. An onsite interview was within a week - as soon as I could get off work. There was a brief follow up call and invitation to complete online assessments with an immediate call to return for the final interview. I was offered the job less than 24 hours of the final interview and the compensation was generous. Both interviews were team interviews with valid questions asked. All were professional and friendly. It was a unexpected pleasant process and from the start, I felt it would be a good place to work and haven't been dissapointed.

It's exciting to tell others about the company, culture and beautiful finished products. Everyone works in a team environment and I'm pleased to know we produce beautiful results for large companies who have been clients for years. Longevity is amazing and there are special benefits the longer you work for the company - healthcare costs drop as employees celebrate specific times of employment. Benefits are good!
