If you were in charge, what would you do to make Anytime Fitness a better place to work?
I would shorten the hours by about 1 hour everyday. I would have a better prospect system in place.
Working for anytime fitness is a great starting position for anyone looking to get into the fitness industry, but be aware that is typically what the position is (entry level)
Upper management is about the numbers. It doesn’t matter how much you help people if your profits aren’t as high as they want.
What can a personal trainer just starting expect to make per month? I'm on a fast track to the Fitness Director role, and am wondering what I can expect to make salary wise per month, as well as what Fitness Directors make.
Depends on your location, the owners, & how much you’re willing to work! I get an hourly rate for shift hours, a flat rate for fitness consultations w/new members, a flat rate for each class I teach, 50/50 split w/gym on personal training, & 5% commission on membership sales.
