VXI Global Solutions is now hiring Aol Rentention Customer Service Reps. I went through a 3-4 hour long process.

1) Paper Application and name tag. This is done in the front lobby.

2) You will be called back to their "applicant testing" center. Online complete a application and take 2 tests.
Typing test and hearing/writing customer info test.

3) Phone Interview
This took less than 5 minutes and was done in the testing center. I had the option to go into a private room to answer the prerecorded questions.

4) Wait for someone to interview you face to face. Once they make their decision you will be taken to another room for a drug test swab and consent forms for background check and the swab. Offered employment and noted that if the test comes back positive or background check is bad they will pull their offer.

Training is 5 weeks long for this position. Paid and hours change in their "nesting" period.
