Fading Fast
Worked at Apache for over 3 years. I loved the company I started with, but management changes over the course of my time there made the work culture disintegrate fast.

NOT a friendly, welcome all, team oriented, productive work culture
Didn't enjoy working there. Company culture there is not a good one. For a group of permanent employees this company will work fine. Myself as a person of color, this is not the company for me.

A company that was very giving. Where family came firs.t
A place that made me feel special, it gave to me more than what I expected and maybe too much. There were days that I worked hard yet I didn't call it work. Never woke up wishing I didn't have to go to work. I often would say people should thank their lucky stars that they worked for a place like this. Even though this company closed up shop in my city, I am not bitter towards them, I feel blessed and still very appreciative. I wish them the very best and I will miss them very much.

I really enjoyed the work atmosphere and the wonderful benifit package
I totally enjoyed working there and my fellow employees were wonderful, they have wonderful benefits . I would work there again if asked, unfortunately was let go because of the Covid and market slow down. Wonderful work place.

Great Place to Work for a while.
Apache work day is typical 9 hours Monday-Thursday with a 1/2 day Friday. Added to my knowledge about enhanced recovery of resource plays. Enjoyed coming to work everyday.

Interview Questions

Technical questions, leadership style

The usual - what are your strengths, what are your weaknesses, why did you leave your last job, what are your extracurriculars. Nothing out of the ordinary. (I was hired as a temp, and then my boss decided to hire me full-time, so there wasn't much of an interview per se.)
