It was okay. Never got paid stable. Hours varied a lot. Nice people but hiring too many people, not enough hours. Too little training. Other than that pretty mid.

Don't waste your time

The pay isn't all that, there is little to no training, they're not very good with responding to concerns about the client nor do they respond to parents nor give caregiver training. Coming to this company was honestly a waste of my time!

Lack of support, NO TRAINING, hours don’t add up for good pay

How do I expressed enough, that there is absolutely no training. One day with a supervisor, no shadowing, and going over data point in home with the child and caregiver is not training nor adequate. How do we provide proper care for children in need this way? It’s not ethical.

I loved working here, it was very rewarding and would definitely go back if I ever needed to. I worked part time, you get reimbursed for your miles which is also a plus!

Start and grow your career

APEX is a great place to start and grow your career. I began as an ABA therapist and was provided with the supervision and training needed to become a BCBA. Now as a BCBA, I enjoy working with families and therapists. I really feel like I'm making a difference and genuinely enjoy going to work everyday!
