Very fast stressful. Management always complaining about"man hours" York plant pays a fortune in labor costs due to mandatory overtime to meet 40% productivity status. It seems like just a numbers game to look productive for corporate management

Submitted a resume' and was hired the next day. Too bad the York plant no longer sees or hires qualified people. When you have to pay people sign on bonuses and referal bonuses, that should tell you what the job environment is like. Human resouces isn't even involved in interview process.
