Shift Supervisors in all areas and the Production Plant Manager repeatedly demand that floor workers suggest improvements but they are unwilling to implement these changes. Despite their unwillingness to actually act they still demand suggestions which lowers employee morale to the point where no suggestions will be made because employees do not feel that they will be listened to by upper management. Employees also feel that their Leads and Supervisors will not actually stand up for them and instead will only look out for themselves resulting in incredibly high turnover rate, compounding every problem in the building.
