It depends where you are about flexing. I am in a department where I can flex. Time off is ok. You get holiday and then .5 a month. Some people get more.
I get about 3 weeks of PTO total

Sick leave and annual leave are combined into PTO of about a week a year. They work with you on flex time though.
You only get .5 days per month for sick days AND vacation.
There is no sick leave or pay. You have the rights to FMLA as the law demands but any pay compensation is from employee paid insurance optioned after accepting this elective
