Appalachian Mountain Brewery and Cidery makes a hard cider using third generation locally grown North Carolina apples. Both subsidiaries have received the prestigious official certification by ASAP (Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project) for Western North Carolina grown and produced products.

nights and weekends ca get crazy busy, and the customer service suffers a bit but its a fun place to work, a place where beer tourism happens heavily on weekends, but the customers are for the most part great.
