Loved working here but very low and very few pay increases.
Supervisor Krystal Burke (Current Employee) – Harlan, KY – March 22, 2013
Typical day we all helped each other, worked together, learned a lot over the years, hardest part of the job was miscarriages and stillborns, most enjoyable is when you have a mom that is truly happy to have their baby and takes great care of the baby.

Job Work/Life Balance
Low pay, understaffing, weak union
Cook and Kitchen Helper (Current Employee) – Beckley, WV – April 10, 2019
8 years for a raise causes high turnover rates which is unfair when the CEO makes in a week what I would in a year. Union negotiated a contract that benefited older employees and didn't get a cap on insurance rates.
