What is the interview process like at Apple?
For corporate applicants (no retail) the process is pretty standard. A contact from a recruiter followed by a phone interview, and then if you qualify a phone interview with the hiring manager. The questions are pertinent to the field of your expertise. If you are still in the blessed group of good candidates you will be invited to an onsite interview in their campus. The onsite interview will take a whole day with different interviewers. Applicants should be aware that the waiting period between interviews can take from weeks to months and that no communications comes from Apple to explain what your application status is.Asked June 15, 2016

Even if Apple has rejected me after the 1st interview, will they call me to inform me or they will be silent?
My interview process was three tiers of interviews. I applied in April, didn’t hear anything until July, interview process took a little over a month and a half, and I didn’t get an offer letter until end of September. If you interview and don’t get the position, they will notify you that you were not selected. If you just applied and we’re not selected to interview, you will never hear anything.Asked January 29, 2019
