28 questions about Interviews at Apple
I applied on the website and in less than a week I got an email saying schedule a phone interview and I did.

For corporate applicants (no retail) the process is pretty standard. A contact from a recruiter followed by a phone interview, and then if you qualify a phone interview with the hiring manager. The questions are pertinent to the field of your expertise. If you are still in the blessed group of good candidates you will be invited to an onsite interview in their campus. The onsite interview will take a whole day with different interviewers. Applicants should be aware that the waiting period between interviews can take from weeks to months and that no communications comes from Apple to explain what your application status is.

Interview process isn't bad at all. It is a video interview. Be prepared to show a 360 view of your workspace. There must be a door that closes and locks, like a bedroom or office. Some co workers even had their desk set up in a large closet.

I personally had two but I’ve heard co workers tell me they had as much as four five six and even seven depends all on the interviewer and you as a person. And you can’t blame them considering there the riches company in the world, we have a status&brand to uphold. When you put that shirt on you represent something more.

Strengths, weaknesses, if we could follow all of the rules and regulations.

My interview process was three tiers of interviews. I applied in April, didn’t hear anything until July, interview process took a little over a month and a half, and I didn’t get an offer letter until end of September. If you interview and don’t get the position, they will notify you that you were not selected. If you just applied and we’re not selected to interview, you will never hear anything.
