Flexible, training operating systems teamThe flexibility on the job was reasonable. You can request days off two weeks in advance. If you miss more than 3 days out of the year, your contract would be terminated. Training is for two weeks, after two weeks, you will be tested on your ability to perform the actual procedures on your own. The company will view how fast you are performing and how efficient. Errors will be counted against you which can result in a write up, so my advice is take your time.
